"File not found" with CWYW on Word 2007

Hello, I’m using Windows 7, Word 2007 and Endnote X3, and for some reason (it was working before), I’m having problems with CWYW in Word. 

When I click on add-ins and then Endnote X3 and click on any option “go to endnote”, “cite”, etc, I get a “file not found” message. I have followed these instructions (to no avail)

and typed regsvr32 “EndNote Cwyw.dll”

Does anyone have any ideas what I need to do. I guess it’s a question of putting certain files in a certain folder? I’d be grateful for any help

EndNote X3 should have its own tab; it should not show up under Addins. Only the older versions of EndNote, X and earlier showed up under Addins in Word 2007. See the screenshot to see how the X3 tools ought to appear in Word 2007.

Instead, please follow the instructions at the following Frequently Asked Questions page to see if your EndNote X3 toolbar has been disabled by Word.
