Not my first time using Endnote, but my first time with a problem!
Downloaded thE CWYW Plugin from Endnote online yesterday and had no problems using it on MS Word (2016).
However log back in today and the Endnote Tab is no longer there in Word. I uninstalled the plugin, redownloaded and ran it again. This time I did notice however that, as I was running it, under ‘Select Features’, the CWYW option had a red X on it with the description : some features will be unavailable. I changed this back to install on local hard drive. However as i log back onto MS Word - NO LUCK!
MS Word also shows no Com Add-Ins or Disabled Add-ins.
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED !
