I am using EndNote X8.2 (Build 13302) on MacOS Seirra 10.12.1.
I recently started using the EndNote Test builds since this was the only way at that time to get the CWYW plugin to work in word.
Recently my “Find full text” stopped working. The settings are all fine since this used to work before.
Now when i try to find full text, for articles that have had the references updated (so the DOIs and other metadata is accurate), it asks me to authenticate, which goes through smoothly and then I just keep seeing the “Searching (number)” at the bottom.
This number does not change, nor do I see another “Not found” section that usually shows up when articles are not found.
How do i fix this?
