We need to output acceptable reference or citation styles similar to AMA?
i tried searching but can’t find it anywhere. Is this available somewhere or do you know any closely related style available we could use?

from the Desktop “help” menu, select “Endnote Output Styles”
I used AMA in the publisher search to see these three –
What style are you looking for? If it’s American Medical Association AMA then it’s already available (see leanne’s response). If it’s something completely different (Ant and Bee Association?) then show what you are looking for and we might be able to advise?
hmminney we are looking to same format as the clinical citations displayed on this page https://stemcellthailand.org/therapies/type-1-diabetes/
is this AMA format?
no – it isn’t exactly 11th AMA or JAMA which don’t have PMIDs or PMCID
Have you asked the publisher for their instructions? This seems to be an advertising site and not a publication. This appears to have been modified by editors, with special html features that it would be hard to replicate in Endnote.
