Free trial doesn't run searches

Hi,

I downloaded a free trial of endnote for my mac but when I run a search it doesn’t work, the message states that there are no matches even when I tried the same search they used in the tutorial.

Do you know why could that be?

Which tutorial and online database were you trying to search? Was your Endnote library setting set to permit "Online Search Mode "? Have you referred to the video training  tutorial “Online Search Mode Online Mode”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_WNtSAuVYE
