Dear All,
One of my academics has moved from EndNote 12 to EndNote 13. She was previously able to download full text but now often gets an error or nothing happens.
I unfortunately cannot investigate as I only have EndNote X1, which does not offer this feature.
Is there anything she can try or anything she needs to change? Has anyone else had this problem?

Users will want to be sure that the Find Full Text Preferences are set-up to optimize EndNote’s ability to find full text PDFs. All of the check boxes should be ticked (by default PubMed is not). Also, if you have EX Proxy and an SFX OpenURL Link Resolver, these URLs should be entered in the appropriate files in Preferences.
Unless there is something else interfering, EndNote X3 should be much more accurate and comprehensive when finding full text than X2.
