I have Endnote X7 and Word 2013 on a Windows 8.1
In Word, I see the Endnote Bar on top, and interface looks ok. However, upon clicking “instert citation”, picking the reference, and clicking “insert”, nothing happens.
Please help.
If you are using a style that does not have an in-text citation template, it will appear blank when you insert a citation into the body of the document. Please see the following article:
If this happens regardless of the style selected, please let us know.
