Greyed style button in Word

Hello Endnote community,

maybe you can help me.

I haven’t found a post about this yet. I give training courses on Endnote Online at a university and at the last one the style folder in Word was greyed out for some students and they couldn’t find the titles they had entered. The students were using a Mac.
Have you ever had a similar case and what are the solutions?

I would be very grateful for your help!

Which web browsers were they using?
Which version(s) of word were they using?

luckily the problem has already been solved. The Cite While You Write addon was located in the wrong storage folder.
