Group authors in bibliography entries displayed like individual author (initials and last name format)

I am having some trouble figuring out how to format individual entries in my library so that authors that have group names (e.g., Forestry Alliance) are displayed as the entire name, rather than initials and the last word (e.g., F. Alliance).

Should I be entering the group/institution name in another field (if so, how do I get it to be the first part of the bib entry), or can I manipulate the “author” field to display the name correctly?

put a comma at the end of the name in the author field
