HELP-Error message: The requested member of the collection does not exist

Hi,

Im having problems using end note 7 with word 2007. It was working ok but now i keep getting this error message ‘The requested member of the collection does not exist’. My reference is put in in word with a number but does not appear at the end of my document in the references section.

Any ideas?

First things first. Make a copy, then unformat the document, close everything, open everything (everything being Word and Endnote) and then reformatthe document (assuming you have the library).  Remember when reformating to re-engage CWYW from the third tab.
