Help needed with converting from trial version to full.

Hi,

I just purchased an upgrade to my EndnoteX.  I downloaded and installed EndnoteX3. It asked for my serial no. from a previous version and the product key, which I supplied. Yet, when I check the version, it says that it is a trial version which will revert to a limited feature version. What did I do wrong? More importantly, how can I fix this problem?

I would recommend  uninstalling both X and X3 and reinstalling X3.  See if that fixes the problem.  (you also need to put in the serial number from X3 at some point?
