help with Cite while you write please

I’ve just installed cite while you write into my MAC.

I have word 2008.

For some reason i cannot sync them both up, so am unable to use the cite while you write function. I tried a free endote x3 version too, which had similar problems. This is despite having customised the endnote to have cite while you write function.

No endnote tab appears in word.

Help would be appreciated?

Have you checked this FAQ?  ( CWYW 1: After installing EndNote and opening Microsoft Word, I do not see the EndNote toolbar or commands under the Tools menu. How can I fix this?)
