How can I turn off Instant Formatting in Endnote X9 Desktop?

Hi

I am working on a document endnote x9 windows word- I go into the biliography tab - go to instant formatting - turn if off but it doesnt hold, every time I incert citataion its formating and takes too long?

any advice appreciated…
