How to add full first name for authors with the same last name and same initials

First of all, thanks to the community I’ve been able to solve all my questions about working with Endnote using the search function.
My current problem seems unique, though.

I have two citations in a document whose authors both have the same last name and the same initials in their first name.
Like John Doe and James Doe.
How can I best distinguish them in the citation and bibliography? Would it be possible to display the full first name for only those two?

I think full name vs initials, is all or none for ambiguous citations. Do you have a lot of others that the initials are enough? The options in the output style are shown below. Are they single author papers? My usual places of publishing like the letter after the year.
