How to cite with style i.e., [1], [4]–[6]

Dear all

Please help me. I have trouble when cite like this: [1], [4]–[6] and the reference style:

[1]   J. Hernández-González, I. Inza, and J. A. Lozano, “Learning Bayesian network classifiers from label proportions,” Pattern Recognit., vol. 46, no. 12, pp. 3425–3440, 2013.

anyone can give solution? How should i do. I have been using IEEE style, Vancouver bu not solve.
