How to create reference to chapters in edited collections

Can someone help me figure out how to create a citation that looks like this:

MULLIGAN, M. (2004) ‘Modelling Catchment Hydrology’ in Wainwright, J. &   Mulligan, M. (eds) Environmental Modelling – Finding Simplicity in  Complexity. Wiley, Chichester (pp107-122)

i.e. a reference to a chapter in an edited collection.
