I have an issue and kindly seek advise on the following issue:

2 online web accounts have been created and it is hard to sync data from EndNote web to EndNote X7.

you are posting to the wrong forum to get answers to endnote questions (hence no responses).  You should go back to “community” above link, and then go to the endnote specific forums – this would best be how to, or general, (but not both, just post once, as members of the forum tend to read them all)
