Hi, i have Endnot x7 and i have 3 references of the same articel. Tried every thing to delete these refrences but nothing works. CMD+D, Remove to trash, dra to tash. My trash folder is empty. What should i do?

When you drag to trash - does it appear there, and disappear from the all references window? Have you tried the find duplicates tool and pick which one to keep there?
