How to make advantage of the institution account to download references by Endnote.

Some references cannot be obtained without my account login. How can I do this? Thank you very much.

I see this is an old post. But was this question ever answered?  I have EndNote X7 on my mac and I have an institutional login.  Is there a way I can use my institutional login through EndNote (ie rather than logging into my institution, downloading the article, then importating into EndNote)

Endnote has the “Find Full Text” feature which allows you to login from Endnote but you’ll need to contact a librarian from your institution to obtain the open URL address and proxy server address. Refer to the Endnote training video “Setting Endnote Preferences” at the two-minute mark for further information on Find Full Text and the URL/proxy server addresses. Additional information is also available via the Help option on the Endnote toolbar.
