How to Underline "et al." inside a citation?

Hello all,

Moderately experienced Endnote user here with something of a tricky question.  As part of writing a book chapter, the formatting guidelines I have been given call for any "et al."s in the citations to be underlined.  Not the whole citation mind you, just any time et al. appears.  I have struggled with this and can find no way to accomplish this.  Any ideas?

Microsoft Office 2007 SP2

Endnote X2.0.1 with 64-bit patch

Thanks

I would do that “replace all” in Words function. You can find “et al.” and replace with “et al.” all of them with one click.
