Hyperlink in the reference to a website

Hi,

I’m using Endnote 7 on a Mac Os X 10.8.4 with office 2011.

I have chosen a style for the reference in which appears the link to the citation webpage:

I would like to have the link not appearing on the document explicitly, but have it accessible by clicking on the specific reference.

(in Word it can be done on normal text by hand by using the menu Insert>Hyperlink or Command+K combination)

Ideally it would then look like:

Thanks!

At this time, it is not possible to enter the entire reference text as a hyperlink. In order to get the hyperlink, you would need to manually create it when you are done working with EndNote. At that time, you can use the Tools > EndNote X7 > Convert to Plain Text command. This will create a copy of your document that is no longer linked to EndNote. In this document, you can make any manual corrections you need, like hyperlinking the entire bibliographic entry.
