I just installed Reference Manager 12 (with 12.0.1 patch installed) on someone’s computer (Win XP SP3).
Importing references from ISI Web of Science to Reference Manager 12 using the ‘Save to Endnote/RefMan/ProCite’ option is mostly done correctly.
However, electronic references that have non-numeric characters in their page numbering, e.g. pages: e2775, cause major import problems. Even if a marked list contains a single such problem the entire list is not imported.
Assuming I did everything correctly, can this bug be fixed in the next patch?
