  1. Add term lists for PUBLISHER and PLACE PUBLISHED. 

  2. Better yet, allow user to create a term list for any field

  3. When editing a reference, the field names on the right are dim and difficult to read.  How about using a yellow font for the field names instead.

  4. In the Groups window, set it up so user can type in the first letters of the group name and EndNote will select the group with the corresponding letters
