Please, can someone explain to me how I can solve an insert citation problem. I have Endnote X5 on my computer, and I have been using it before to insert references into my reports, but now, the icon for the insert citation is no long active again on the Endnote software. Please, how do i reactivate this.

If you had the EndNote tools in Microsoft Word and they are no longer appearing, please see this article for steps on re-enabling the tools:
