Inserting references from shared groups

Hello,

Neither I nor one of my users can insert a reference from a shared group (owned by someone else) into Word.  EndNote Web does not seem to search the shared groups.    Is there a way round this?

I think this is the major outstanding issue with EndNote Web. If the developers could introduce the ability to insert references from a shared group, we would be able to start seriously promoting EndNote Web to our students. Group work is very common in universities today, and the Refshare feature in RefWorks is popular with students working on group projects. This should be a high priority for the EndNote Web developers.

Thanks, John, for that.    It’s reassuring to know that I did not miss how to do this, but I agree very much that this would be a very useful feature.   My enquirer is working on a book chapter with a colleague from another UK institution, and both have access to EndNote Web.   I’d support the idea that EndNote Web developers make this a priority.
