Internal Endnote Search

Hiya,

In the top right of endnote you can do an internal search of all your endnote references. Is there any way you can find the location of your reference after finding it in the search? Like a “go to reference” type action?

Cheers

If you’re using the “Search” tab to search the internal EndNote library references, note that there are two other adjacent “tabs”: Quick Edit and Preview. If you click the Quick Edit tab that “pulls” up the particular searched record. “Preview” displays the bibliographic form of the record.

Or do you mean, why did this particular reference come up?  If you have a reference open, you can use the “go to” search option (from the references tab) and search for your search term and it will jump to it in the record.
