Invoke Find Full Text option

Hi,

We’ve upgraded to X7.1 but can’t get this new feature to work. It is checked by default in my preferences but nothing happens if I import using online search or export refs directly from a database/publisher site. A subsequent find full text search on these imported refs retrieves relevant PDFs as expected. Has anyone else experienced problems? There is nothing in the help files that I can see.

It may be a network issue specific to us I guess as direct import of PDFs hasn’t worked since X5.

Just an update on this. With some help from tech support I can confirm this does work with the ‘File/Import’ method but it would be great if it worked with directly exported files too.
