Limit of EndNote Web Account per license / volume license

Good day!

I have two questions:

  1. How many EndNote Web account can I create for a single license of EndNote Desktop?

  2. If I have a volume license of 20, how many EndNote Web Accounts can I create?

The answer to the first question is 1.

The second question depends on the exact type of license you have.  To get the answer to your second question you would either need to contact your Sales rep, or Technical Support with your serial number.  You will need to contact them directly, do not post your serial number to the forum.
