you can get the access for EndNote Web via Web of Knowledge or via the desktop version from EndNote. Is there also a separate licence available for EndNote Web (without access of Web of Knowledge or the desktop version)?

I am curious as to exactly why one would need/want a lone EndNote Web account. What exactly are you hoping to use this for?
