Some reference are so important and interesting，I want to mark those references with striking symbols or color.
I hope can Endnote provide the functionality.
And I hope endnote can directly and automatically identify the title，author，journal name，etc. from a PDF file. Mendeley has the power. This functionality can largely save time to manually input these.
“Marking” favorite references is something we are looking into and hope to include in an upcoming version of EndNote.
It is already possible to import PDFs [or a folder of PDFs] and have EndNote extract the meta-data and automatically create records. To do this, simply use the “Import” command - available from the “File” menu.

Coloring. hilighting or other ways to mark references are very important. We want to have this functionality in next upgrade.
