Multiple Bibliography listing in word document (a, b) with only one entry in library

Not sure how, but I’ve ended up with two entries for the same article (slight spelling differences I think) in my bibliography listing in my word document but only have the article listed once in my library.

I think i’ve manage to have 2 libraries going at the same time but now only use on but am unsure how to stop my word document looking at both (I assume that’s what it’s doing).   

If anyone could help I’d be very grateful.

Unformat the references and reformat, (reengaging CWYW from the third tab of the dialogue), References pulled from sources other than the current library will be caught and you can replace them with the correct entry.
