Help!

My library disappeared.

I’m using Endnote X9 on a Macbook Pro.

No Enl, no Data file.

I have searched everywhere. 

Months of work, gone.

Can anyone help?

I’m in the middle of my dissertation.

If most of them are cited in the dissertation, you can at least recover them from the manuscript.  On the endnote ribbon, chose “export to endnote”.

It can not be repeated to often:

  1. always create and endnote online account

  2. Sync to this account each time you make a  change in  you endnote.

if something  goes wrong or you get a new pc,

create a new blank  endnote library and sync tthis from your endnote online account.
