New reference type shared by users

Hi,

I just designed a new reference type that I want to share with my colleagues. Is there any possibility I can do this?

I also tried to “hide” some reference types but as soon as I open the library on another computer, they appear again.

Is it possible to have the administrator rights to hide them for all users?

Click on Edit>Preferences>Reference Types. You can export your modified reference types as an XML file. You use the same section of the Preferences to import them on the other computer. Similarly for your colleagues, but beware: if they import your XML file, it will overwrite any changes that they have made to their reference types.
