I want to suggest that Endnote have a new reference type of Speech or Talk or Lecture. Lectures, Speeches, or Talk are common things that academicians do. Often a researcher is invited by an institution to give a talk lecture or speech about his/her research, topic or findings. . There should be a reference type for such talks.

This is a Good Idea. Not all lectures or conference presentations have papers with them. Also, a lot of conference presentations are videoed. So you would be referencing a video.
