No libraries appear in Word 2007 - using Endnote x3

I recently posted that I coudn’t find my libraries when using a newer computer with Vista 64 and Endnote X1.  When I realized that  the version was the issues I upgraded to X3 and concluded that the issue was solved. Unfortunatly, after installing the new software nothing has changed. I still cannot find any libraries when I use the Endnote Tab in Word.

Can any help? I am very frustrated.

OS: VIsta Home premium 64 bit.

Oh well it seems I forgot how to use Endnote CWYW. The librarires are indeed there and all is well.
