Thanks for the great software which will probably save lots of frustration over the coming months. I was just speaking with a customer service representative and he informed me that a feature I was hoping to be available is not. The feature is for users to be able to search for and insert their notes from .pdfs into documents. It is my understanding that another update is in production for notes to be legible on .pdf but this would be a great next step. If you could even automatically add the source citation with the insertion then your software would add more value and save time.
Thanks for your consideration. Please email me if you make any of the mentioned updates before September (though that is egregiously optimistic given the typical duration of upgrades in the SDLC)!
