Online search: cannot complete online search anymore

I have been used to perform online search with Endnote for a long time.  For some reasons when I do an online search now it is searching in whole library instead in Pubmed for example.  any help?   Thanks

Desktop?  You need to change the mode.

then you need to contact tech support I guess?  You do need to select the connection you want to use, and you might want to go to the support and download a new version, incase your is corrupted?
