The “journal” field for the above noted journal is abbrev with space/periods, however, when we use CWYW, our references are coming out with the journal name abbreviated but with no periods. I tested several other output styles that have similar journal styles and they are no longer including the periods as well. Why is this happening all of a sudden when we never encountered this before? Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
Do you have a Journal term list that converts the downloaded name to the appropriate abbreviation, and does the style designate a specific abbreviation? Also, in the default mode, the terms list can be updated with info from downloaded records, and doesn’t always have the correct form of the abbreviation.
