Pb in formatting references with RM11

Dear RM experts,

When excluding the name of the author from a reference using word ie {author/id/d}, I get the reference formated that way, whatever the style used : (  2009)

ie I get a silly blank space inserted before each dates quoted in my document.

Hi, is it possible that in the output style you’re using you have the blank between author and year in the “year” field, looking like this | <year>|? In that case, edit the output style and put the blank behind the author field, then it should get omitted with the author name. Best, Ursula
