While I very much like the Groups feature, it seems to me that a very useful improvement would be that EndNote display a tag next to the Group name of the currently selected record. This would make it possible to see at a glance that a given entry has already been added to a group, and which one. Right now you can discover that a given entry is not part of a given group only by dragging the citation to the Group and seeing that the number of entries remains the same.

Still a click, but you can see what groups a record is a part of by right clicking and looking at the record summary.
