Problem with different book section references by same author in same book

Hello,

I’m referencing three different book sections, taken all from the same book, and written by the same author. The problem is that when I insert the second and the third references, Endnote seems to process/treat it as if it were the same reference repeated a second and third time. The short form version of the book section is therefore inserted with only the author’s name and the title of the book section, thereby disregarding all other information (e.g. title of the book, editor, etc.). So in my footnotes, it would look something like this:

  1. Michael, M., “Book Section X”, in Book A, Oxford, Oxford University Press, 1998, p. 21.
  2. Michael, M., “Book Section Y”, p. 58.
  3. Michael, M.,“Book Section Z”, p. 100.

I would like for Endnote to indicate all relevant information for my second and third reference, such as the title of book, etc. Any help with this would be really appreciated!

Thanks,

DC
