I am having some difficulty describing my problem so I will post pictures showing what the references look like and what I want it to look like. I have more than 19 references but only the first 19 references are shown. Only one page of references is shown. The references start at the top of the next page instead of underneath the word references. There are dotted lines on both sides of the references. Thanks in advance.
I forgot to mention in my first post that I am using Endnote X4 and Word2010.
