Problems with changing Styles in word.

Hi,

I have recently been working on a document, I have a style which allows me to hide the intext and references list so I can get a true word count, however when I click back on APA 6, they come up but I am unable to click on them to edit them. Also if I change between styles again, they seem to duplicate the intext citations.

This only seems to be a problem in this particular file, short of copying into a new word document and starting a reference list again, what can be done to fix this problem ?

I am running windows 10, word 2013 and endnote X7.

Can you reveal/attach the “hidden” style, so we could test it and see what it is doing?  Whenever I had a glitch - I follow the instructions in this KB article after making a copy of the document.  www.endnote.com/kb/81143
