Problems with Endnote X4 and Pages '09 integration

I am a new EndNote user, and i have problems with integration with Pages '09. None of the EndNote-related selections are available in Pages at all. I cannot insert EndNote citations.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled EndNote, but to no avail.

I am using EndNote X4 build 6695 and Pages '09 version 4.0.5 (852).

Can anyone please suggest a solution?

If you obtain Pages through the Mac App store, it will not install the plug-in automatically. You can download it from here - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1334 and then place it in the HD:Library->Application Support->ResearchSoft->EndNote Plugin folder.
