I have just updated my Reference Manager 10 to the 12 version but I have always the same problem when I try to update the database. What can I do?
What’s the exact problem you’re encountering when you attempt to open this particular database with version 12? If you’re repeatedly prompted to convert the database, I’d suggest rebuilding the database.
