Problems with Reference Manager 12

I have just updated my Reference Manager 10 to the 12 version but I have always the same problem when I try to update the database. What can I do?

What’s the exact problem you’re encountering when you attempt to open this particular database with version 12?  If you’re repeatedly prompted to convert the database, I’d suggest rebuilding the database.  The steps for properly rebuilding the database can be found on our website here-  Please let me know if this helps.
