Reference formatting in Word differs from formatting in Endnote 20

Although Endnote Library has the references perfectly formatted, when it is in Word there are quite a few references that have the following: 

  1. Last names with initials (in addition to the first names) 

  2. Multiple periods at the end of the author list 

  3. Last and first names all capitalized 

  4. Journals not capitalized correctly. 

Attached are a couple of examples.
