Single non-existing indent in bibliography

Hello

I am writing my Bachelorthesis on a Win7 System with Word 2010 and Endnote X4. For my bibliography i have chosen the IEEE style. Now the problem came up that two single references do not follow the citation style. They don’t have a indention (see picture: reference 2 and 9) . I already tried to do Manual changes, but they don’t get saved.

Does anyone of you know how to solve this? Thank you in advance

I suspect that those two have a carriage return in the field where they are breaking?  Edit the record itself, in the library and check? (you can check this quickly by turning on the “paragraph” symbols in word?)
