Hello,

A few months ago I wrote because I had install a new version of word and since then the Intext citations and bibliography had no format but {ADDIN ENCITE <endnote>… and so on. I was told to reinstall Endnote and it worked like a miracle, but today it happened again and the format has gone mad once more. What can I do!!!

You shouldn’t have to reinstall endnote, and whomever said you should do that, was incorrect.  You have inadvertantly activated the “show fields” command in Word.  Alt+F9 will restore the document.
