Spell checking records

Hi,

While I know you can use the spell check in individual records, can this be done for several records at a time? So is it possible to highlight a selection of records and get the spell check to work? I find my Spell check command is greyed out and I was wondering if this is not possible rather than I haven’t added the correct Dictionary files for it to work.

Hello Fritha,

Currently, the Spell Check function is only available from the Edit Record window.

As such, it’s a Single Record spell check.

But, I can never recommned this link highly enough…
