Sync error

Hello,

Thank you for your support.

I have experience problems in syncing my desktop library and online library in Endnote X9.

Some problem happened during syncing in the library file(one same file was creating more than 100,000). So I have copied this library and created another new library. But when I sync this new one, some warning message happened as below.

“You are about to sync or share a library tha is difference than the last library you synced. This will merge the libraries”

But I don’t want to merge the previous one and current one since the previous one has some problems.

Could you help to how to sync the only new one?

I tried to change the option for location name, but it is blocked.

And I really want to sync the library.

I think these instructions will help changed the synced library.
